Full registration (Breeding rights) are available ONLY to approved, reputable breeders for an additional fee.

For Lab puppies a $312 deposit will reserve your puppy which includes a non refundable 4% processing fee. For Frenchies a $520 deposit will reserve your puppy which also includes the non refundable 4% processing fee. NO REFUNDS will be given if you just simply change your mind so please be sure you are ready to commit to the purchase of your puppy prior to making a deposit. For Frenchie puppies your puppy must be chosen at the time of your deposit. Lab puppies are chosen in the order deposits are received and for the Lab puppies, all final picks must be made by 6 weeks of age. We do our very best to fulfill those deposits in a timely manor but please be advised we obviously cannot control the color/gender of puppies in any upcoming litters and will fill your deposit request in the order your deposit was received for your color/gender requested when your deposit is placed. If for any reason YOU choose to put your deposit on hold your deposit will be held up to one year, after that the deposit will be forfeited, examples of this are for personal reasons such as the timing isn't right or other personal reasons. We are currently booking reservations for our upcoming Christmas 2024 litter. If you have questions about timing/availability please contact us prior to placing your deposit as we do not issue refunds due to delays in color/gender availability.  We do require a deposit to hold a puppy, if you make an appointment to visit the puppies but do not place a deposit you will be able to choose from the available puppies at the time of your appointment. Once puppies are 8 weeks of age they are sold on a first come first serve basis and at our sole discretion. If you have a puppy reserved we will pre schedule a pick up date/time in advance that is convenient for you. If you do not show up to pick your puppy up you forfeit your deposit and the puppy will not be held for you beyond that date unless prior arrangements have been made.

We do accept credit cards with PayPal (4% processing fee will be added). We will gladly accept checks for deposits only, any balance owed on your puppy will be CASH ONLY at the time your puppy is picked up.

Please click on the PayPal link below to send your $312 or $520 deposit (to hold your place in the pick of the litter) or to pay the remainder of the purchase price through PayPal using a credit or debit card.  If paying your balance owed with PayPal please add 6.75% sales tax to your total purchase price as well as the 4% processing fee. We are a licensed kennel and do charge state sales tax on all forms of payment including cash.  You may contact us to verify your balance due prior to making final payment if you are unsure of your balance or would just like to verify the balance prior to making your final payment.

All of our puppies will leave with their AKC registration papers, Reunite microchip, health record, current on all vaccinations, current on all worming medications, dew claws removed, and a toy with the scent of the litter to help with the transition between our home and yours. We also offer an optional 26 month guarantee on all of our puppies and offer a lifetime of breeder support to our new families.  Because we believe nutrition plays an important role in the health of our pets we feed all of our puppies TLC Pet Food and NuVet Vitamins  We do keep food and vitamins on hand that can be purchased from us when you pick your puppy up or may be purchased in advance by clicking on the nutrition tab on our website.  ​

All kittens will leave with their CFA registration papers (either limited or unlimited) depending on your selection.  We worm all kittens at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age. First vaccinations are received here at 8 weeks of age.  If you have a kitten reserved we will pre schedule a pick up date/time in advance that is convenient for you. If you do not show up to pick your kitten up you forfeit your deposit and the kitten will not be held for you beyond that date unless prior arrangements have been made. We feed the Life's Abundance all life stage cat food and NuVet Vitamins to all of our cats and kittens and always keep small bags of food on hand that can be purchased from us when you pick your kitten up or can be purchased in advance by clicking the Life's Abundance page  available on our website and located under the nutrition tab. In addition the NuVet Vitamins can be purchased in advance as well by clicking on the NuVet Vitamins page, also available under the nutrition tab on our website.

For the health of our puppies and kittens all visits are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Please be advised you will be asked to spray the bottoms of your shoes with Nutra-Stat prior to entering our kennel and you must wash your hands or use hand sanitizer prior to touching any of our puppies/kittens. Please do not schedule a visit to more than one kennel in a day, if you have just left a kennel or shelter you will not be permitted to enter our kennel. Please also understand as much as we LOVE dogs of all breeds we cannot allow your pets to accompany you during your visit. This is for the health and safety of our puppies/kittens as well as the adults. Thank you for understanding that we must put the health of our puppies and kittens above all else.
